What is it?
Patches are decorative fabric badges made by weaving thread on specialised looms to create a design. They are then sewn garments, most commonly hats and jackets.
They can either be embroidered or woven patches depending on the intricacy and the design.
We have a special sewing machine specifically for sewing patches onto hats.
What are the set ups and minimums?
No setup fees. The minimum order for woven patches is 50 pieces. You don’t have to use all of your patches at once.
Minimum for sewing of patches is 10.
Who is it for?
Designs that are overly intricate for embroidery and for achieving a premium, polished look on headwear or jackets.
